HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Diamondpaintingbliss.com partners with global merchants and providers in order to provide you the best quality products. This means that your order is shipped directly from merchants such as Japan, Korea, China, Pakistan, etc. via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, For US your item may take 1-3 weeks and for other countries it may take 1-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way check tracking here: :)
WHY WAS I GIVEN MULTIPLE TRACKING NUMBERS?
Since orders are dispatched in the form of different packages, each package has a different tracking ID.
WHY DID I RECEIVE AN INCOMPLETE ORDER?
Due to your order being shipped from different partners in different locations, some items may arrive at different times.
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!
Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
WHAT SIZE ARE THE PAINTINGS?
Our painting canvases have a default size of 40x50 cm, but some products have multiple size options which will show up during the selection process under the Size tab.
WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE?
All packages once passed through your country’s customs, will reach you through a local shipping company.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to cancel your order, you can cancel it within the 12 hours after the order is placed. Once the processing is started, than the order can not be cancelled.

Note: Please make sure the items are sealed and in good condition when you return them. Unfortunately, we cannot refund unsealed or damaged paintings.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
